Thank you for taking the time to consider Tee It Up Family Fun Center for your next special event.  No matter where you decide to host your event we wish you luck and hope that your event is everything you want it to be.  We are however completely bias to our facility and the team that we have assembled here at Tee It Up Family Fun Center.  We take great pride in our customer service and we have surrounded ourselves with individuals who display those characteristics.

Your event planner will guide you through setting up your event and will team up with a host/hostess the day of your event to make sure everything goes as planned.  You are in great hands with our staff, but if either of us can be of assistance please do not hesitate to ask.  We thank you again for considering Tee It Up Family Fun Center for your next special event.

2009 Party Packages

Every party includes:

• 2-hour party in an area dedicated to your special event

Special Event Guest Information

• Parties of 20 children or above are required to have a second host/hostess for the event.  An additional charge of $20.00 will be charged for the additional host/hostess.  Please notify Tee It Up Family Fun Center prior to the day of your party if the amount of guests exceeds 19.
• Birthday party food will be served after all activities have taken place.
• All party activities including eating are outdoors.  Shirts and shoes are required to be worn at all times.
• All parties have a 10 person minimum.  If your party has less than 10 people, you will be charged for 10 people.
• All deposits are non-refundable and a 20% deposit is required to make reservation.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your party reservation.  Please be prompt.  There may be other parties scheduled after your and we do not want you to feel rushed by starting late.
• Birthday cakes and party bags are not included in the party packages, but can be added to your party for an additional charge.  You may bring your own cake to Tee It Up Family Fun Center with the exception of ice cream cake as Tee It Up Family Fun Center has limited freezer space.  Outside food is limited to cake.
• Tee It Up Family Fun Center will supply plates, cups, forks and a knife to cut the cake as well as candles.  You may supply a tablecloth if you would like.
• Rain dates:  The party parent is responsible for calling Tee It Up Family Fun Center to reschedule their party due to inclement weather.  Tee It Up Family Fun Center is always open.  It is the guest’s decision to cancel and use the rain date scheduled.  If the weather does not cooperate on your rain date, we will book another date for your party.  Tee It Up Family Fun Center guarantees you a party.
• If you wish to purchase food or soda for guests that are not participating in the party, or additional activities to the end of your party, your host/hostess can keep a tab which will be added to your ttal at the end of your party.
• When your party is over, your party host/hostess will total your tab including party guests and extra items ordered.  Party host/hostess are permitted to accept gratuities.
• During the days following your party we ask that you fill out a party evaluation form.  This is optional, but will help us to serve you better in the future.  Your time in doing this is appreciated.
